These are the physical fundamentals that everything else depends on. Focus here first.
Quality Sleep
Your body’s recovery system. Hormone regulation, tissue repair, and cognitive clarity all require deep, consistent sleep. Fix this first.
The Daily Reset
A 5–7 minute daily joint-by-joint practice from neck through feet. Restores range of motion, reduces stiffness, and keeps your body’s movement systems current.
Gut Health
Energy, inflammation, and body composition all start in the gut. Simple hydration and fiber practices that clear the system and let your metabolism work properly.
