Applied Capability Practice
The Get Up
1–2 Minutes Daily | Zero Equipment
The ability to get down to the ground and stand back up with control is one of the most fundamental markers of physical capability — and one of the first things adults lose through years of sedentary living.
The Get Up restores this capacity through a repeatable, zero-equipment practice that is deceptively simple and genuinely demanding. Each repetition loads and unloads the entire kinetic chain — hips, knees, ankles, shoulders, spine, and core — in a fluid, controlled sequence.
This is not a test administered once. It is an ongoing physical practice that builds real conditioning and structural competence over time. It is the point in the curriculum where the three daily foundations produce actual capability in your body.
What The Get Up Builds
Where It Fits
Sleep restores recovery. Gut health reduces inflammation. The Daily Reset opens mechanical range. The Get Up is where all three show up as physical function.
One to two minutes daily. Get down to the ground. Stand back up with control. Repeat. The practice builds over weeks and months — not through intensity, but through consistency and precision.
